New TGV Bus Route Launched

A new bus route serving Tadpole Garden Village was launched at a community event on Sunday 6th November.
Residents braved the cold weather to come and look around the new branded Stagecoach bus – with free travel available.
Stagecoach Swindon will be offering FREE travel for a week on service 4 starting from Monday 7th running to Saturday 12th November to celebrate the new route – so go on and give it a try! The UK’s biggest bus operator recently announced the new route, service 4 from Tadpole Garden Village to the town centre, which will help in reducing journey times, aiming to make commuting easier.
Managing Director Rupert Cox announced the changes commenting “Following a review of services we offer in Swindon and drawing on feedback from our customers we’ve introduced route changes and improved frequencies on our busiest services.
“We’re particularly pleased to launch the new service 4 from Tadpole Garden Village which will provide a direct link to the town centre, making use of the fantastic bus lanes along the Cricklade Road and into Gorse Hill.”
About New Service 4
Service 4 will run from from Tadpole Garden Village to the town centre via St Andrew’s Ridge and Cricklade Road.
Buses will run every 30 minutes Monday to Saturday during the day. Perfect for commuting or a little retail therapy!
