The Planning Awards are held annually, and Tadpole Garden Village overcame strong competition from across the country to be named winner of the ‘Best Housing Scheme’ award. Tadpole Garden Village was awarded the accolade for its positive impact on its surrounding environment, and the economic and social well-being it provides its local surroundings.
