Custom Build Planning Application

Crest Nicholson Strategic Projects will soon be submitting an outline planning application for 14 custom build units with associate access, landscaping and public open space, to be provided on a plot of land on the western edge of Tadpole Garden Village.

Custom build was first introduced to the community as part of the S73 application approved in April 2017 (Planning Ref: S/17/0239).

The custom build site was included on the revised Masterplan for the Tadpole Garden Village site, although a separate planning application is now required to bring this development forward.
