Hedge Cutting Works Notice

Dear Residents,

This is just a polite notice to confirm that the TGVCIC will be undertaking hedge cutting works across the development this Friday 20th September and continuing on Monday 23rd September until finished. These works will only be undertaken on the areas currently maintained by the TGVCIC, please see the attached plan.

The contractors will be cutting back the hedges and they will be looking to cut the hedges back to suitable lengths to maintain resident’s privacy where the hedges border their gardens. This is more specific to hedges bordering the Eastern and Western Commons.

It has also been agreed with the developers that we will arrange for the hedges that border the Bovis part of the TGV development to be cut back. Specifically this will be on the hedges and verges that run in front of Augustus Close that face the common land. Letters have been sent to the properties asking that the verge be cleared of vehicles during the day.

The works will be weather dependent and should there any further updates these will be posted via the website.
