Local Centre Planning Application Submitted

CREST Nicholson are delighted to have recently submitted a planning application for the local centre at the heart of the development.

The planning application seeks permission for a three-storey built complex containing an anchor retail store with a further four commercial units and 22 residential apartments.

Parking will be provided within the centre, separated into defined areas for customers to the retail/commercial units and for residents of the upper floor apartments.

The planning application, once formally registered by Swindon Borough Council, will be consulted on with building work anticipated to start by the end of the year.
