Preim – Areas of Responsibility
Currently, the only communal amenities that TGVCIC has a responsibility to maintain and repair (which Preim carries out under contract to TGVCIC ) is the Eastern Common, see the attached plan, together with three blocks of flats within Phase 1C.
All other amenity areas on the development currently remain the responsibility of the respective housebuilder.
Your TGV Preim account manager, Simon New, is presently in discussions with Crest Nicholson South West regarding handover of communal amenities within Phase 1A, Phase 2, TGV Evolve and Phase 4.2 The Mews.
Discussions with David Wilson Homes and Bovis Homes regarding handover of amenity areas to TGVCIC within their development phases, will begin shortly.
As part of a rigorous handover process, Preim will be working with the respective housebuilder and the TGVCIC steering group, to ensure that all proposed communal amenities are fit for purpose and suitable for handover to TGVCIC.
Once a new area has been handed over to TGVCIC, Preim will inform homeowners and residents on the development (ideally using the Preim and community websites) of those communal amenities where any issues should be reported directly to Preim.
