Local Centre – Revised Plans Submitted

Revised Proposals for Tadpole Local Centre Submitted to Swindon Borough Council

FOLLOWING feedback from the community and responses received through the previous public consultation, Crest Nicholson South West (CNSW) has now submitted revised proposals for the Local Centre at Tadpole Garden Village.

Working closely with the planners at SBC, CNSW’s revised proposals seek to respond to concerns raised about the design of the building and now better reflect the existing character of Greene Street.

The revised plans can be accessed here by searching the application reference S/RES/18/0801.  Comments can be provided to SBC via the Council’s online consultation portal until Monday 20th August 2018.
