TGV Gardening Club – Planting Help!

Building on the success of their Britain In Bloom Silver award last month, the new TGV in Bloom community group are asking for volunteers to assist with spring bulb planting around the Village this Saturday 16th November.

Crest Nicholson have donated 1,500 Mixed Narcissi and 2,000 Crocus bulbs to the group – which now need to be planted.

Members of TGV in Bloom aim to start planting these along the main routes in the village at the inaugural TGV Gardening Club meet on Saturday 16th November, as well as tidy up the road planters and do a quick litter sweep of the area.

All help would be much appreciated – meet at the allotments at 9am, where you can also see developments on the new community plot. Please bring suitable footwear, secateurs if you have them, and a bin bag.
