Update: Temporary Sales Unit

Having received feedback from residents about concerns relating to the siting of a temporary sales unit on the corner of William Morris Way and Burden Road, Crest Nicholson has undertaken a review of alternative options for the location of the unit.

It is now believed to be possible to locate the temporary sales unit within The Farmstead phase itself, following the very recent completion of road construction works by the neighbouring developer, Bellway Homes, which now allows appropriate access to the Farmstead development. Suitable potential locations on the phase are now being assessed.

As a result, the works undertaken previously in preparation for the siting of the temporary sales unit fronting William Morris Way will be removed and the grass reinstated and made good. Plans for a preview event have therefore been put on hold.
