Applications for TGV Local Centre

The Tadpole Garden Village Local Centre is currently under construction and is due to be completed later this year. Crest Nicholson has been working with a well-known convenience store operator who have committed to anchor the Local Centre. The identity of the tenant will be disclosed soon when the lease is finalised.

Expressions of interest are now being sought to secure tenants for the other retail units in the Local Centre, which fronts onto the corner of Maizey Road and Burden Road. Miles Cross, of letting agents Whitmarsh Lockhart comments:
