David Wilson Streetlight Works

Dear Residents,

Preim have been notified by David Wilson Homes (DWH) that they will be starting works today on Phase 1 relating to streetlight electricity connections along John Ruskin Road and Toynbee Avenue. The streetlights had not been connected and finished due to the poor performance of the previous contractors so David Wilson have now instructed new contractors who will complete the connection works across all eight lights that require it. The contractors will be reopening holes in and around the streetlights and it is anticipated the connections will be completed and the holes backfilled within two weeks.

At present DWH are still awaiting a final date to complete the roads and footpaths within this phase.
