Road Works Update

DWH – Phase 2.3 – Larks Rise – Road Works

David Wilson Homes have provided Preim with a further update regarding phase works due to take place at TGV in the coming weeks. Residents on the phase should receive a letter drop from DWH, however they have asked that Preim post this via the website and the app so residents are aware of the future works. DWH will be undertaking surfacing works along the footpaths and roads within Larks Rise, this will be covering the roads High Ground, Barnsley Close and Sexton Close, however the works may disrupt the adjoining roads and affect the residents that live within this phase.

The works are currently scheduled for the 5th, 6th and 7th of July 2021. DWH have confirmed that they will ensure there are gaps in the works when it is the school run in the morning and afternoon to ensure as minimal disruption as possible to the residents.

Should you have any questions please contact the DWH Customer Service Team and should any of the dates change then Preim will be notified by DWH and will pass this information onto the residents. Any further works updates from DWH will be issued via the app and website.
