DWH-Works Update 25.06.2021

Dear Residents
DWH have asked Preim to issue the below update relating to road surfacing works that will occur on Phase 2.2. Residents living on the affected roads will have received a letter but DWH asked that the update also be issued via the app and website, the below text is from their letter drop.
Ref: Temporary road repair– David Wilson Homes – Tadpole Garden Village.
I am writing to confirm that DR Groundworks will be carrying out surfacing works within this development commencing from 29th June 2021. I have enclosed a map showing the affected areas highlighted in red.
DR Groundworks will carry out the temporary remedial of the road surface where trenches had been dug. Due to the large machinery being used, access to properties from 29th June to 2nd July there will be no access.
On the 29th, 30th June and 1st, 2nd July, please ensure your vehicle/guest vehicles are not parked on the road or driveways shown in red and please do not access/exit development using the affected road area.
House numbers affected 8, 9, 10, 11, 12, 14, 15, 16, 17, 18 and 19.
Your co-operation until these works are completed will be greatly appreciated.

DWH have also confirmed that they are repairing any defective streetlights on their phases. Some lights are being repaired over the next couple of weeks and then any still not repaired are awaiting orders and parts so that they can be fully repaired.
