TGVCIC Annual Residents Meeting 2022
February 9, 2022
.
Dear Residents,
Preim have issued meeting invites to all property owners at Tadpole Garden Village for the 2022 Tadpole Garden Village Community Interest Company (TGVCIC) Residents Meeting. Please see a below copy of the invite text, this has either been sent to residents via email or post depending on your communication preference.
On behalf of Tadpole Garden Village (CIC) we would like to invite you to your annual meeting on Monday 7th March 2022 at 6:00pm which will be held at Great Western Academy, William Morris Way, SN25 2PP. The Meeting Venue is booked from 6:00pm – 8.30pm
This meeting is your opportunity to meet me, your Preim Customer Account Manager, to discuss matters that relate to the TGVCIC, management of TGVCIC areas and to ask any questions that you may have.
As with previous meetings Preim will provide a presentation.
Please do notify Preim in advance if you intend to attend the meeting. Due to the size of the TGV development Preim need to know approximate attendance numbers to ensure that the venue’s capacity limits are not exceeded. Please do not attend the meeting on the night unless you have confirmed your attendance to Preim in advance.
Any property owners that wish to invite a non-owner to attend this meeting must apply in writing to Preim giving details of that person and the purpose for the invitation.
If you wish to raise any points for discussion ahead of the meeting, we have included space on the acknowledgement slip for you to do so. This will assist us with having appropriate responses available at the meeting. Alternatively, you can e-mail me on helpdesk@preim.co.uk or call me on 01778 382210, option 3.
Due to the fact there is a limited time frame for the meeting the focus will be specifically on TGVCIC matters and updates. If there are issues that relate to the build of your property then these are best discussed directly with your developer.
All previous meeting minutes are available via the Preim Portal Website should any residents wish to see what has previously been discussed. The website can be found at www.preim.co.uk, where you will find instructions on how to log on under the ‘residents’ login’ tab.
Please note that to minimise unnecessary paperwork only those property owners who indicate that they require a hard copy of the meeting notes on the acknowledgement slip will receive a hard copy in the post.
If there are any property owners with a disability or needs that would help their participation in the meeting, then please do let me know as soon as possible.
We look forward to seeing you all on Monday 7th March 2022
As per the above text should TGVCIC members wish to attend then please contact the Preim Ltd helpdesk. Should you be a Housing Association or Shared Ownership resident then please contact your Housing Association and ask them to confirm on your behalf to the Preim Ltd helpdesk and confirm your property address and name as Preim want to ensure all residents at TGV are able to attend and ask any questions that they may have.
To confirm this meeting is related to the TGVCIC and is to predominantly discuss Estate Matters, the intention is not to discuss any leasehold issues or questions and should you have anything that you would like to discuss in relation to leasehold please contact the helpdesk. helpdesk@preim.co.uk
