Custom Build Parcel Outline Application

In seeking to bring a wider range of opportunities to the market for homebuyers, Crest Nicholson has identified land at the western boundary of the village as having the potential for a Custom Build parcel. 

An outline planning application will therefore shortly be submitted to Swindon Borough Council for 14 detached housing plots. The outline planning application will be subject to a thirteen-week determination period, during which residents and stakeholders will be able to comment through a public consultation process. Once the application has been registered by Swindon Borough Council, documents relating to the application will be able to be viewed on Swindon Borough Council’s planning portal and a link will be provided on this webpage.
