Developer Update -CNSW 28.06.2021

Dear Residents,

Further to Preim’s last development update, Crest Nicholson South West (CNSW), have provided a remedial and maintenance works plan for the areas of TGV that are currently under their responsibility, along with descriptions of the works being undertaken.

CNSW will update and issue this quarterly via the TGVCIC App and TGV Community Website to provide residents with updates on works required across the respective CNSW phases. As and when further developer updates are required or issued Preim will continue to issue these through the app and website.
